I'm running Outlook 2010 in Windows 10 and receive the error message 'Your offline changes are not up to date. Outlook is now attempting to rebuild the offline change database, etc.' Then it attempts to change and shuts down. Additionally, when I went into the Control Panel, it says Mail (32bit) instead of 64 bit. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

I am a 77-year-old grandmother who is having trouble accessing my Facebook account. My account, which I used through my husband's computer for many years, has been deleted according to Facebook, possibly due to identity verification issues. I am unable to access Facebook on my own cell phone or tablet, which are linked. Additionally, Facebook is no longer accessible on my husband's computer. Can you help me resolve this issue?

I purchased a computer in October with order #2117318 and customer #5701432. It has always been painfully slow booting up, but now it only shows the first Toshiba screen and won't boot past that. I've reinstalled everything and even spent extra time with Microsoft trying to reinstall Office. What should I do next?
