I left my previous Real Estate firm and they had set up a forwarding email for me which was @jimwilsonteam.com. My new company, eXp Realty, does not offer Google business accounts or GSuite accounts. I have a free Gmail account, but I cannot access my old account through it. I want to keep the @jimwilsonteam.com email because all of my past marketing materials have this email contact address on them, and I need to purchase an email account that I will be able to keep this working so my clients can keep contacting me as they have in the past. What can I do?

I have a monthly allotment distribution of $600.00 to my 6 children through the AFBank. I was notified that the distribution has been made, and now I'm getting a notice that another payment is being made today. I've had previous problems where 3 of the 6 payments went out twice in the same month, and I also requested a change of bank accounts for one child, Jennifer Bollin, but instead of the change being made, she was paid twice to the old account. I tried phoning but couldn't get through to speak to a live person. What should I do to resolve these recurring payment issues?

My internet is down, and it has been 48 hours since I reported the issue. I have tried resetting my modem and router multiple times, but the internet light on the Belong Modem is not on, indicating a network fault. I run a business from home, and waiting 2 days is not acceptable. What can be done to expedite the resolution of this issue?
