Every time I try to connect a credit card or bank account to my PayPal account, I receive a message stating there are restrictions and I can't use them. This is my first attempt at setting up a PayPal account, and I've spent a lot of time on it. My son has a PayPal account with the same address, but no one else has access to my account. Why are my credit cards and bank account being rejected?
