My Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 with Windows 11 is restarting itself (blue screen) multiple times a day, disrupting my work from home. I have tried a hard reboot and unchecked the 'Automatically restart' option in System Settings, but the issue persists. I also use VPN for work. What else can be done to fix this issue?

I have a Brother MC-8850CDW printer that is not supported for Chromebook printing. A volunteer with a Chromebook laptop cannot print to it, and the printer gets stuck in a 'receiving data' loop. The printer is connected wirelessly through WiFi, and the firmware drivers are up to date. Is there a solution to this problem?
