I need to close out my compromised Hotmail account and am having trouble following the recovery process. I keep getting incorrect answers and can't find where to change my password. Additionally, I want to know if I can retrieve my mailing list from the old account.

I have a Windows 7 system and have been trying to install iTunes, but keep encountering a QuickTime error (2096). I've followed all the fixes suggested by Apple support, installed and uninstalled both iTunes and QuickTime separately in various orders, and tried everything else I could think of. Are there any other suggestions?

How do I install Microsoft Publisher 98 custom dictionary, every time I open Publisher 98 they tell me I don't have a custom dict installed?

How do you remove the side panel on the SR2020NX? After following the instructions, the side panel does not slide out. The screw is loose as instructed with no resistance. Is it supposed to pop or pull out (it does not)?

I had to reformat my Dell Inspiron to the original factory settings, but now it flashes a blue screen with a bunch of unreadable text and displays 'Windows cannot start up, a change in hardware or software may have caused this'. It automatically tries to go through startup repair but can't fix the problem. The problem signature indicates 'StartupRepairOffline'. I just bought this laptop a month ago with Windows 7 preinstalled, and it didn't come with a reinstall disk. Do I need to reinstall Windows, and can Dell send me a reinstall disk?
