I just discovered that the company I purchased small urns from is 'The Neptune Society'. About 15-20 years ago, my mother paid $25.00 to 'The Neptune Society' for burial. We didn't think they were still in business, so we pre-paid for cremation here in Virginia. I am wondering if this is the same 'Neptune Society' and if my mother's ashes can be placed there in Florida, which is what she wanted. I cannot find the paper, but I just came across it about a year ago. Can you check to see if our names are in their records? My name is ***** (not sure which last name I used). I tried to create an account but it said you didn't have any records, so I tried my married name and couldn't 'create' again because it is the same email address. How can I create an account to see if this is the same 'Neptune Society'? Or can you tell me?

My computer is stuck in a loop on Windows Media and I can't stop it or open anything else. No matter what I try, Windows Media keeps opening. I tried to restore to an earlier date but couldn't close Windows Media to do so. I am using a Windows 7 HP Pavilion dv6-7020us Entertainment PC. What can I do to resolve this issue?
