I own an older Toshiba Tecra A9 that I set a BIOS password on and now I cannot remember that password. I have my recovery disks and all my setup disks from the original purchase. How can I reset or bypass the BIOS password without contacting Toshiba or spending a lot of money?

I have a Model ET1810-03 computer that was updated with a Windows 7 disc. I ordered and received system recovery discs, but the computer only accepts the first system disc and not the second recovery disc, rendering the computer inoperable. The screen displays 'Boot master missing' and suggests restarting with Ctrl-Alt-Delete, which hasn't helped. A tech suggested this issue might be due to the model originally shipping with a VISTA OS, and the Windows 7 update is causing the problem. I need this computer for work and am requesting either different discs or a new hard drive with VISTA or Windows 7 installed, or a blank one.

I can't connect my Mac Pro to my wireless network. The screen shows a message about MAC filtering, and I don't know what to do. My router is a Linksys, and it works fine with other devices. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I am using Hotmail and I can't use the insert attachment, emoticons, and more in the same bar. The icons are there but I can't click them. I'm using Windows Live and Internet Explorer. My wife's Hotmail account on the same computer works fine. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
