I paid for Netflix with a prepaid Visa a month ago and I am waiting for a Visa debit card from my bank and would like to pay with the prepaid Visa again but not sure how to go about doing that. Can I give my bank info and it comes out of my account?

I've sent Coinbase 6 emails and haven't received a response. I purchased a new phone and when trying to sign in to my account, I had to do a 2-step verification. I completed step one, but haven't received the email for step two. I've been dealing with this since Sunday. I use Gmail and don't remember setting up security questions. I've called customer service and reported a compromise since Coinbase is holding over $100,000 of my money and I can't access it. What should I do next?
