I paid for the entire season of Yellowstone on Amazon Prime, but I've only been able to watch trailers and still had to pay for the episodes that came out. New episodes aren't available to me, and I don't see the same menu as you. Additionally, I was unexpectedly charged $46 for an unresolved email exchange with JustAnswer. How can this be resolved?
