I purchased a Kobo Ereader 6 weeks ago and had some challenges with it. I mistakenly thought JustAnswer was connected to Kobo and agreed to a $5.00 payment. Realizing I couldn't use your services, I immediately asked to cancel. However, I was surprised to find a $65.00 charge on my credit card. I want to cancel my services immediately and resolve this issue.

I purchased software (TFP 20.17) and the product code is missing from the packaging. I am unable to find the product code and am very disappointed. What should I do to obtain the product code?

I am unable to receive any emails and hitting refresh does not help. I am checking my email directly from a browser, and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking me. Additionally, I cannot access any pages outside the welcome page.

When I boot my Asus X299 TUF Mark 1 computer with Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1, the drives come up in random order. For example, drives that were listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the last boot were actually drives 3, 1, 2, 5, and 4. I use diskpart to assign drive letters and format before major backups, so I need to ensure that when I assign a drive letter to a specific drive, it is correctly identified.
