I received a message saying someone tried to log in to my Facebook account from a different device. It was not me and now I can't even open up Facebook. It just shows a white screen with a Facebook logo in the middle and 5 little dots below the letter F. I tried to communicate with Facebook and they sent me a code because I don't remember my password, but the code did not work. Now when I try to enter the Facebook app, my screen is white with a Facebook logo in the middle and I can't do anything. How can I recover my account and resolve this issue?
