I found that 90% of the space on my C: drive is taken up by files in the \\Windows\\Temp\\ folder, including cab_nnn_n, MSI1annn.LOG, and ASPNETsetup_nnnnn.log files. What are these files, can I delete them, and is there a way to prevent them from clogging up my drive again?

Windows Live becomes inactive every time I try to reply to, forward, or send an email. I am using Shaw as my email service provider and access my email by clicking on the icon on my desktop. I have tried repairing Windows Live, but I keep getting a message that I don't have an internet connection.
