I recently switched my phone account from Telus to Shaw. After paying an activation fee, I was told my account balance was nil. However, I received a bill for -$159.04 on January 2nd, which I didn't query because it was a negative amount. Today, Shaw charged $170.24 to my credit card. I was informed that my monthly payments would be $5.60 and $56.00, but I also paid $5 by MasterCard for help that I never received. I want the $5 refunded to my account. Can you help me resolve this billing issue?
