I switched from Internet Explorer to Microsoft Edge and now to Chrome. I can't transfer my favorites and especially my pictures/photos from Edge to Chrome. Internet Explorer had sent everything to Edge. How can I get all my pictures out of Edge and into Chrome without additional expenses?

I accidentally changed my computer's default homepage to MSN while trying to download a Fitbit manual. My computer is a Dell with Windows 7, and I've been dealing with this issue for about 1.5 hours. I've tried resetting and changing settings, but nothing has worked. I'm 69 years old and have basic computer knowledge.

I am having issues with my Wi-Fi setup in Santa Fe. I can't give others access to the internet at my house as I used to in California, and I suspect the installation technician may have provided incorrect credentials. Additionally, my username is not being accepted when I try to log into my account. Can we please talk on the phone for assistance?
