I accidentally changed my computer's default homepage to MSN while trying to download a Fitbit manual. My computer is a Dell with Windows 7, and I've been dealing with this issue for about 1.5 hours. I've tried resetting and changing settings, but nothing has worked. I'm 69 years old and have basic computer knowledge.

I am having issues with my Wi-Fi setup in Santa Fe. I can't give others access to the internet at my house as I used to in California, and I suspect the installation technician may have provided incorrect credentials. Additionally, my username is not being accepted when I try to log into my account. Can we please talk on the phone for assistance?

I purchased TurboTax Premier from Sam's Club, but my laptop doesn't have a CD drive. Is there any way to load the software without using a CD?

I lost my password and can't figure out how to enter my 10 Viking III tablet. The tablet was received from QVC in late fall '17. There is a Gmail address linked to the device, but a technician has been trying to solve the problem and currently has the tablet. How can I regain access to my device?

My password to log onto my Lenovo Yoga laptop running Windows 10 has failed, and I am unable to log in. I had to change my email address a couple of years ago and have been unable to update it with Microsoft. All updates are current, and I have no way to receive a passcode to log in as the phone number listed is a home phone. My new cell number is (###) ###-####. What can I do to resolve this issue?
