I was a member of Bernie's Bar and Resort but lost internet connection due to a malfunction with my Acer computer. I was able to place my tips last week for round 11, but I first had a problem yesterday when I tried to log in. The problem has now been fixed, but I still can't log in. What should I do?

I have disallowed the mobile operator to accept the game charge, and the bank has issued a new card with a new expiry date. However, I was informed that the merchant can still charge. How do I remove the card from the payment method on Google Play?

I tried to update my password a few days ago, but now it's not letting me log in at all. I'm not sure if I have an email address or phone number linked to the account, but my new number is (###) ###-####. I'm not logged into my account on any other devices, and I'm not aware of any other issues.

My Toshiba Satellite laptop is running very slow. I have tried installing updates and added protection software. I have plenty of storage, but the laptop is slow during boot-up and general usage. What can I do to improve its performance without losing my files?
