I have a unique disability and find it hard to use computers. I recently had an issue with my computer, but it seems to be resolved. However, I no longer have access to that computer as someone else has it, and it contains my personal information. Suddenly, the password for my 3-week-old Apple MacBook Pro won't work. The laptop has been working fine until now. I connected it to a new external hard drive to back it up and also downloaded Duet to use my iPad as an additional screen. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have had an email account at***@******.*** for years and just migrated to a new iPad. It wants my Yahoo password, which I don’t remember using. I no longer have access to the secondary business email address at associationsfirst and I now live in BC so don’t have access to old telephone numbers. Any solutions?
