I was charged monthly by iTunes for a service I don't use. I installed a Russian TV service 'kartina' once and provided my bank account. I want to cancel all payments and get my money back. Additionally, I was charged for a service I didn't choose on JustAnswer, and I want to cancel this charge as well. Why was I charged without my agreement, and how can I resolve these issues?

I bought a Groupon deal online for a 2-person tour at American Honors Brewery in Hickory, NC for $22 between February and August 2017. I have lost all paperwork and cannot find it in my emails. How can I retrieve this Groupon or prove I have paid for it?

I am unable to receive any emails and hitting refresh does not help. I am checking my email directly from a browser, and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking me. Additionally, I cannot access any pages outside the welcome page.

When I boot my Asus X299 TUF Mark 1 computer with Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1, the drives come up in random order. For example, drives that were listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the last boot were actually drives 3, 1, 2, 5, and 4. I use diskpart to assign drive letters and format before major backups, so I need to ensure that when I assign a drive letter to a specific drive, it is correctly identified.
