I was redirected to JustAnswer from Microsoft and was talking to a tech expert. The membership was supposed to cost one dollar and I would only be charged when I auto-renewed on April 1st. However, I was charged for the whole month. An expert took over the controls of my computer, which I understood I should have been charged USD 40 for. I accept that amount but don't accept the full membership charge. The issue has been resolved, and I cancelled my account with JustAnswer straight away. What should I do about the charges on my credit card?
