My Brother printer (MFC-J4700W) is not accepting print size changes from my Mac computer, even though the size changes on the screen. The printer always prints the same size regardless of the computer settings. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

My computer prompted me to run a scan, and after choosing the option to leave all programs and files, it removed Microsoft Word and only left WordPad. I have a Toshiba Satellite L55t-B5271 laptop, purchased from Office Depot in February 2015, and I was using an updated version of Windows (likely 7 or 10). I had Microsoft Word and Windows updated at the end of 2016. What can be done to restore Microsoft Word?

Is there any chance Microsoft will stop converting files to 'Read Only' in Excel? This is a very frustrating part of Excel. I am using a Toshiba 2012 with Windows 10, and I've tried looking up remedies on the Internet, but it seems to be a widely experienced problem with no clear solution.
