Is there any chance Microsoft will stop converting files to 'Read Only' in Excel? This is a very frustrating part of Excel. I am using a Toshiba 2012 with Windows 10, and I've tried looking up remedies on the Internet, but it seems to be a widely experienced problem with no clear solution.

I can't log in because I forgot my old password and it won't let me change it to a new one. I get an error message saying the passwords don't match. What exactly am I having trouble accessing? My computer is a Dell, and I use Windows with Internet Explorer and sometimes Chrome. I updated Internet Explorer four days ago with Dell technicians. How long has this been happening, and is this in addition to the $5 + $35 you're already charging me?

My Dell laptop was previously communicating with my HP 4652 printer, but now it says I'm not connected to the internet. The modem, WiFi, and network all indicate a connection. The printer now says it is not connected to the WiFi. How can I resolve this issue?

I may have a virus or malware on my Dell Vostro running Windows 10. I am behind on updates and get a pop-up suggesting I update to Windows 11. I ran a scan with McAfee, but my online search is very slow, and my documents are being affected, with most files now having a $ sign instead of the first letter of the file name. Is this something you can fix online?
