When I try to print from Gmail on my Windows 7 64-bit computer, the print view works only with the HP LaserJet 1006. If I try to use either the HP Color LaserJet 1600 or the HP Photosmart C4780, the print view disappears. This issue does not occur when printing from Word or other programs, and it does not happen on our other computers running Vista.

I clicked into the YouTube site and immediately the screen went orange with writing saying that I have a virus and I need to call the number shown. I didn't see anything about Microsoft, so I shut it down completely. I'm using a Toshiba laptop, but I don't know the model or operating system. I haven't tried anything specific yet, but the laptop automatically installed some updates. Is this a legitimate issue, and what should I do?
