I have been experiencing unreliable internet service with my Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 for a month. Despite multiple resets and assistance from Telstra technicians, the internet only works for a few days in total. The modem shows all green lights indicating it should be working, but it requires constant resets. I am using an Apple iMac desktop and an iPad Pro. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I'm having trouble with WhatsApp on my iPhone SE. The issue started today, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, using different internet services and data, restarting my phone, and clearing WhatsApp storage. None of these solutions have worked. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?

I cannot connect with Facebook or Microsoft Sign-In (MS Sgnr), it says no internet but I have internet at my house. How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else we should know to help you?
