My Dell desktop received a warning from Windows to shut down due to a virus that attacks personal IDs and other harmful actions. I have a Windows 8.1 on my Dell. The computer has been locked up since last Sunday, and despite consulting JustAnswer and speaking with five techs, the issue remains unresolved. How can I safely unlock my computer without inviting the dangerous virus back in?

I have installed Windows 8 on my Dell Latitude ST tablet and need drivers for the Wi-Fi. Dell won't help because I bought it off eBay, and Microsoft says it's up to Dell. When I check what wireless it is, it's Ericsson with the number 1f9jr and also DW5550. What do I do to get the Wi-Fi working?

I can't cut or paste at all in Microsoft Word 2010 without a shutdown. This just started happening a few months ago...it used to just happen periodically, now it's 100%. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I copied all my old emails from my old hard drive to Windows Live Mail on my new PC, and now I can't open any of the emails that were already in WLM on my new PC. I tried repairing WLM but it didn't help. How can I fix this issue without losing my emails?
