My desktop crashed with a blown capacitor on the motherboard, and I lost my email account with the computer. Gmail will not recognize my email password, preventing me from using gmail.com or my Microsoft Office Outlook with my domain name (which was migrated years ago to the google servers). When trying to reset the password, it keeps telling me that I have to go through my domain administrator, but I have none. How do I get directly to Gmail tech support by phone or chat when they think they can deal only with my non-existent 'domain administrator'?

There is a problem with the printhead on my OfficeJet Pro 6850 printer, which is less than 2 years old. I have not used the printer for a month since noticing the issue, and I had just changed the ink before it happened. What can be done to fix this issue?

I purchased a TS9020 printer yesterday and am having difficulty getting it to perform basic operations. The printer is connected to my network, but my computer says it is offline. I have tried restarting and installing drivers from a disk and online, but the printer is still not recognized by my Mac, iPhone, or new Windows 10 laptop. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

Our HP computer hard drive crashed, and we used the HP internal program to transfer data to an external hard drive. We replaced the HP computer with a new Dell Inspiron 3668, but we can't open the files on the external hard drive. We are using a PC with Microsoft OS. What can we do to access the files on the external hard drive?
