My Google Chromebook got compromised, and I called Acer for help. However, I was told that my warranty has expired, and I paid $159 for a 1-year warranty. I keep getting an ad that I cannot get rid of, and every time I call Acer, I get an automated message saying my warranty has expired. I feel scammed. What should I do, and will I have to pay again?
