My HP desktop computer with Windows 10 is stuck in airplane mode and won't toggle out. The issue started after an incomplete update, and the computer is not responding to my password or the Ctrl + Alt + Delete command. The airplane mode toggle on the screen also won't respond. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I'm elderly and not very good with computers. I've been trying to resolve an issue with Xfinity, but none of the phone numbers on the bill work, and I'm discouraged. My disabled daughter lives in another town and no longer wants Xfinity service, but we pay her bill and don't know her cellphone service provider. Additionally, my Samsung phone has stopped working today; the screen is black, and I've tried recharging it without success. Can anyone help me with these issues?

I recently set up an account for a school spring account and am unable to log in. I typed in my username and password, but it tells me they are incorrect.
