My HP Pavilion TG01 computer with Windows 11 isn't starting after updating the BIOS. I hear no sounds when pressing the power button, and the monitor shows no signal even after trying to reset the system by unplugging and holding the power button for 60 seconds. What should I do?

I am unable to receive any emails and hitting refresh does not help. I am checking my email directly from a browser, and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking me. Additionally, I cannot access any pages outside the welcome page.

When I boot my Asus X299 TUF Mark 1 computer with Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1, the drives come up in random order. For example, drives that were listed as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the last boot were actually drives 3, 1, 2, 5, and 4. I use diskpart to assign drive letters and format before major backups, so I need to ensure that when I assign a drive letter to a specific drive, it is correctly identified.
