I have a subscription to the Criterion Channel for movies and am unable to play any movies on my new laptop. I recently bought the laptop after my old computer died. I have tried troubleshooting for about a month without success. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

Apparently, the payment didn't go through, and when I verified the purchase, I was told to contact you to resubmit the payment. I am writing to request this payment if you didn't receive it. Additionally, I was directed to JustAnswer.com for assistance, but it seems you are not affiliated with the company from whom the purchase was made. Why was I directed here, and what should I do next?

My network appears in the WiFi list, but it just says searching for WiFi. How can I disable WiFi to access Windows?
