My Nook HD BNTV 400 frequently freezes, displays yellow lines through text, is slow, and has inconsistent internet connectivity, sometimes showing yellow circles around commands. I've considered resetting it to factory settings but am concerned about losing my books. How can I download my books to my Dell PC running Windows 7, and will resetting the Nook to factory settings resolve these issues? Additionally, how can I recover the books from the PC after the reset?
