I need to have my system checked for malware. My computer is an HP Pavilion running Windows. I have updated it last week and received a phishing email. I see ads every time I open my computer, infected emails with false information or asking for bank info and Social Security. I have a membership with Geek Squad.

I just purchased Office 365 but I think I mixed up the login details. It's installed, but it says activation is required. What specific product are you working with?
