My WiFi signal was getting weaker, so I restarted the router, but now I have no WiFi at all. None of my devices can connect to the internet. The lights on my ASUS router show the middle partial circle and the power light are on, and on my Arris router, online, us/SS, and power lights are on. What should I do to resolve this issue?

My MacBook laptop screen turned black and shut down while I was working on a document.
