On my Google Chrome, I have a 'Mailtrack.io' extension that seems to be interfering with Chrome and cannot be removed. My computer is a Toshiba Satellite L650D with Windows OS. Trying to reach support.google.com/business/contact/business_other_problem. It's not working on my computer or phone. I have an Android Droid. This issue has been ongoing all day today and I spent all day yesterday on my laptop trying to resolve it. We have a free ad that we've had for 15 years, which is marked as closed, and we want to reopen it and change the phone number. How can I resolve this issue?

I have a Samsung laptop, model Notebook NP500P4C, with Windows 8 operating system. I changed to a new battery pack, but when I turn it on, it displays the Samsung logo and then shuts off without reaching the home page. I have a full charge on the battery. What should I do?

I am unable to play games on my computer, and my screen does not scroll down. When I try to play games like Bingo Bash and Socially Solitaire through Facebook, the screen only shows half of the game and keeps saying I have blocked Flash Player. The screen is also frozen, and I cannot scroll down to see more postings or click on other links at the top of the page.
