I have a new Kindle (my 5th) but I am having trouble starting it up. I'm sure I may have hit a wrong key, but when I try to register it, my password and user ID don't work, and the only option I have is cancel. I just got it this week and it shows as fully charged. Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the power button for a minute)?

I have been having problems adding money to my account, even though I added myself on Saturday but today the balance is 0. I went to the Apple Store to check if there was something wrong with the phone, but they couldn't add the payment either. My husband paid a couple of days before and it went through. What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running? How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far? Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Someone is using my account to send messages in my user name to men. I am a man looking for a woman. I've changed my password but that didn't help. How do I change my user name? I hope that works. I can't find where to change my user name. My computer is an HP, but I'm not sure what OS it is. This issue just happened yesterday. I changed my password, but that didn't stop the messages from men.
