TVs don’t work. Internet is on, but we get a 'retry' message on Spectrum and can’t connect. We have tried unplugging the modem and router for 1-2 minutes and restarting them, but it didn’t work. Other devices can connect to the same network, and the TV is within range of the router. We have internet, but the TVs, specifically Sony models, won’t connect. What should we do to make them work?
