We own two houses, one in Loudonville, NY, and the other in Cedar Knolls, NJ. We originally set up Netflix service many years ago in Loudonville. We are getting Netflix in Cedar Knolls, but we just came home to Loudonville and are getting a message that we are not customers. What device is giving you an error code or message? What is your internet speed? Are you able to stream content on other devices using the same network? When did you last update your TV? Is there anything else the TV Expert should know before I connect you?
