I am unable to upload small photos in Hotmail MSN Messenger. My pictures are over 1.0 MB and even after using resize programs, they are still too large. How can I resize my photos to be accepted by the messenger and other programs like JustAnswer?

I have a WiFi Xfinity service installed last month. My MetroPCS phone was stolen, and I was advised by a sales agent to cancel my MetroPCS service for Comcast Xfinity to provide me with a new free phone and number. However, I couldn't cancel my MetroPCS service due to advance payment. My Samsung tablet, which uses a SIM card from the Philippines, is not able to roam, and MetroPCS advised that the SIM card is not the right type. I have another tablet given by MetroPCS that I haven't used yet. Can I use that tablet instead? Also, I was charged $46 by my bank fraud department, and a lady from JustAnswer asked me to pay $1 to continue with my questions, which was denied by my bank as fraud. What should I do?

I am being charged fees for Facebook every month and want to get rid of the fees. Please help with this. I am angry that Facebook is charging me fees that I don't want to pay for and then I am being charged more from 'Just Answer Pediatrics' to get the fees removed. What is going on?

My HP Pavilion dv7 laptop running Windows OS was hacked and spyware was detected. The technician from Justanswer installed Super Anti Spyware and I took out a year's subscription. The scammers called again claiming they still have access to my computer and will crash my operating system. I want to ensure there is no spyware or malware left on my computer. What should I do?

I ordered a car ratchet brake piston caliber wrench from Wish, but it never arrived. I paid $16.50 for it, and my brother, who is always at home, confirms it didn't come. I contacted Wish Customer Service, but they referred me to JustAnswer, where I paid an additional $5. I need help resolving this issue and getting either my order or a refund.
