I accidentally gave all the prescribed phenobarbital (3 doses) to my friend's dog, Chloe, who weighs about 25 pounds. The medication was supposed to be split into morning and night doses. What should I do to mitigate the effects, and when should I give her the next dose of medicine?

My dog has been on a combination of Royal Canin Urinary and Farmer's Dog for a couple of months, with added potassium citrate granules, but still has crystals in her urine and needs to lower her pH. She won't eat the prescription food on its own and has more energy with the current diet. What can I do to get rid of the crystals and lower the pH?

My dog Zoe has been nauseous and throwing up yellow bile several times since early this morning. She wants to eat grass and throws it up when she does. I gave her anti-nausea medication (Cerenia) and a GI Paste, and she kept down a small amount of plain boiled oats with pumpkin and banana. Should I let her eat grass, and should I bring her to get checked out, or continue monitoring her?

My 4-month-old Great Dane, Bleu, ate a piece of a foam mattress hours before my daughter got home.
