I am looking for newer options in treating a dog with inflamed pancreas. My current dog is an 8-year-old English Setter with high energy and high metabolism. She stopped eating her kibble, and after trying various home-cooked meals, she began vomiting. The vet diagnosed her with pancreatitis and prescribed medication.
