I have a 14-year-old Pomeranian who used to nibble on her food all day long. Since adopting a larger dog six months ago, we've had to feed her under the bed to prevent the new dog from eating her food. Now, she won't eat at all and is very thin, though otherwise in good health. What could be causing her loss of appetite, and what steps can I take to help her start eating again?

My dog has a swollen abdomen, has had blood tests, ultrasounds, and x-rays, and is low on B12. He does not digest his food properly, seems depressed at times, and does not eat well. I have given him B12 shots, a diuretic for breathing issues, and digestive enzymes, but his belly still bloats. What else can I do to help him?
