I have a 3-month-old puppy named Xylo. I noticed his bark sounded different after putting on his collar and leash, and he pulled on it, almost hurting himself. Additionally, I changed his dog food variant, and his poop turned darker and softer but still shaped. His urine is bright yellow and smells strong. He also weighs only a kilo, which seems small for his age, and has tear stains. What can I do to address these issues and help him catch up with his growth?

My 1-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sherman, has had diarrhea for almost 24 hours and has developed mobility issues in his back left leg, which he won't bend at the knee and seems reluctant to bear weight on.
