My 1-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sherman, has had diarrhea for almost 24 hours and has developed mobility issues in his back left leg, which he won't bend at the knee and seems reluctant to bear weight on. He has not shown any signs of pain in his joints, paws, or back, and has not fallen or slipped. He was groomed 2 days ago, and the grooming was a little stressful for him. What could be causing these issues, and what should I do?
