I have a greyhound mix named Zoro, who is lethargic, weak, has shaky front legs, pants constantly, and has difficulty sleeping. He also walks tenderly, avoids wet grass, and walks backwards. Additionally, he has a bloody dew claw on one leg. He has had these issues on and off for the last half year, but this time seems worse. He recently ate goose poop. My 16-year-old neutered male dog, Dee-Oh-Gee, has been experiencing white foamy vomit for three days, prior to that yellowish vomit for two days, and smelly poop for five days, which has been runny and mucusy on some days. He has diabetes and thyroid disorder, and is on insulin and thyroid medication. He has been eating grass and occasional people food like cheese, bread crust, crackers, and pieces of chicken over the last few days. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Cici, a 9-year-old Yorkie Maltese mix, has been experiencing severe itching on her paws and sensitive skin for months.
