I have a schnauzer mix who will turn 2 years in June. He's very fast in running and jumping off a chair or bed with no problem. But this morning he leaped off the bed, ran to the front door, and shortly after was unable to walk. He tried to get up but would fall, his back legs would not stretch, and his entire body was shaking. I'm thinking it was a cramp, so I started massaging his back legs, his back end, and his entire back. He was back to normal after about 5 minutes of constant massaging. He has been fine until just 20 minutes ago when he started the same thing all over again. This time he got up quickly and barked at a cat walking across our front porch. What is going on with my dog?

My four-month-old brindle boxer puppy, Sadie, had an allergic reaction causing her eyes to swell and hives. She was given Benadryl and a steroid shot, but later developed severe hives again, lethargy, refusal to eat or drink, and frequent vomiting of bile. Should we take her back to the emergency vet tonight or wait until the morning to see the vet?

My nine-pound toy Australian Shepherd has swellings on her neck, is refusing food but eating treats, and has a mild occasional cough. Should I take her to an emergency vet clinic tonight or wait until her regular vet in the morning?

My 3-year-old Great Dane, Loki, has had diarrhea for about 24 hours and just now had a little blood in it. She seems normal and playful other than not eating much, but she did get into some chicken bones. Should I take her to the ER, and if not, what should I do?

My dog has diabetes. This morning he wouldn't eat anything at all, which is unusual as he usually devours his food. What should I do and can I still give him his Caninsulin?

My 10-year-old cocker spaniel, Bella, has had loose, watery stool and has been eating only rice with bland chicken since last Sunday evening. Her stool has turned orangeish brown, soft, and has a gel-like solution around it. She has stopped drinking water but is lapping up water mixed with her food. Her appetite is fine, but she has been laying around more than usual. What could be causing this and what should I do?
