I have an 8.5-week-old mini Doberman (pin) who has loose stool and has vomited twice within the last 2 hours. He is also drooling a lot and feeling hot. We have him on Royal Canine puppy food and have a fan blowing on him now. What could be causing him to feel unwell and become sick?

My staffie has developed lumps on his fur, not bothering him but not looking nice. We took him to the beach earlier this year and he came up with these lumps, which I thought were a reaction to the sand and went away in a couple of days. But he has them again this morning, with no redness visible. I was wondering if it could be grass mites, but he doesn't always get them. Do you have any idea?

My 6-year-old male dog had diarrhea last week, and since then, he doesn't seem quite himself. He's been eating and drinking normally but has been itching, and I've noticed redness just below his bottom. He's also walking and sitting differently and has been in bed all day. What could be causing this, and how long should I wait before taking him to a vet? Is there anything I might try at home first?
