My dog, Freya, a 2-year-old miniature poodle, was diagnosed with eclampsia and had low calcium levels. She received IV fluids, medications, and calcium supplements. She has been anxious, panting, and her puppies have not nursed since yesterday morning. Her calcium level was 0.82 upon release from the hospital. I am concerned she was released too soon and her condition is worsening. What should I do?
