I recently adopted an 8-month-old dog named King who had a broken leg when he was 3 months old. He slipped on my tile floor while playing and seemed to be in a lot of pain. I don't know how his previous leg injury was treated, but I'm concerned about his current condition and how to help him moving forward. What should I do?

My dog, Diego, a 2-year-old cross between a Boerboel and a Labrador, has been showing symptoms of a middle ear infection for a week. Symptoms include bloody crusting in his nose, difficulty breathing, disorientation, off-balance movements, rapid eye movements, and wobbly head and walking. I have been giving him Co-Trimoxazole, Amoxicillin, and Clavulanic Acid, but his condition has worsened. What should I do?
