He now has a large roundworm in his stool, a dry hacking cough, and is itching excessively despite being treated for fleas and ticks. He was flown from Mexico City on September 9th and started taking Cephalexin 500mg bid for his cough yesterday. Should I use a different de-wormer, and what can I do for his cough and itching?
