🐕  Dog Health

My 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Rocky, has had two recent stomach surgeries (4 weeks and 6 weeks ago). He now snorts and throws up white foam almost every day, usually after his first meal or two. He's taking Cerenia 12mg, Prilosec (1/4 tablet in the morning and afternoon), and Metoclopramide 5mg (1/2 tablet in the morning and afternoon). What could be causing this and what can be done to help him?
