My 16-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Charlie, is losing weight despite eating and drinking. She has lost her hearing, sight, and smell, and seems to obsess over food. She has difficulty sitting and her back hips seem to be the worst affected. She is getting skinnier every day, and her tail is always between her legs with no real emotions.
